I have over 10 years of experience in psychotherapy and I am an alumni of National Institute Mental Health Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bangalore. Post my education, I have constantly tried to learn different frameworks from which I can understand my clients. This has led me to pursue both Somatic Experiencing and Group Analytic training and I have completed my second year in both. Currently I practice as a Psychodynamic and Relational therapist.
