Under this Data Collection, a patient’s health records attached to their personal information such as Aadhaar Card numbers, health insurance identification numbers, etc., will be kept private, but accessible when needed or requested, with the patient’s approval.
At Aspire Fertility Center, Doctors and appropriate assigned authorities may have access to a patient’s health information when treating or suggesting for a treatment course for a patient to ensure there are no issues with treatment, such as drug allergies, for radio diagnostics or laboratory diagnostics. Under any circumstances the patient’s health information will not be sold or shared to drug / pharma / healthcare companies for purposes of having companies sending / sharing / advertising their drugs / apps / beneficiaries that relate to the patient’s aliments.
Access to Own Data
Users are entitled to request access to their own personal data on payment of a fee or on mutual consent as per the applicable laws.

Use of Data
Aspire Fertility Center commits to the user that it will only use the personal information supplied by the user for the purposes for which such information was provided or for its own statistical analysis or marketing initiatives or research activities. The website does not collect personal information for sale or dissemination to third parties or host mailings on behalf of third parties. Where required by the reason for which the personal information was initially supplied by the user, the personal information will be shared with other companies and associated companies within the Aspire Fertility Center group of companies under the protections required under applicable law and with the explicit consent of the user.
In particular, users supplying personal information for marketing events or services operated for Health Insurance, Health Check Camps, Concessional Initiatives or Referral Programs – should note that in doing so they are consenting to the exchange of such personal information between the companies with all legally required data protection requirements being in place.

Aspire Fertility Center, will not share any personal information collected on the website or any of its with third parties unless required by law, required to enable the fulfilment of the purpose for which the personal information was originally supplied or as otherwise set out in this Policy. Aspire Fertility Center may transfer all or part of its business in the circumstances of a merger or sale of part or all of its business. Applicable Law
The interpretation of its terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of ITA-2000 & of the State of Karnataka and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
We may provide any and all information we have about the user / patients to law enforcement or other government agencies or other order by a court of competent jurisdiction.
